I offer a free telephone/zoom consultation where we discuss what you would like hypnotherapy for. I will also determine your suitability for hypnotherapy and explain the next steps. Please allow 20-30 minutes for this appointment, whether the consultation is over the phone or via zoom is your choice.

The next stage is booking a 2 hour appointment which consists on an hour consultation and your first Hypnotherapy session. The investment exchange for this is £130.

Subsequent sessions are one hour with an investment exhange of £65.

Payment secures your booking and is non-refundable.

After your free discovery call, I will email you an information pack which includes;

• An initial consultation form

• Terms and conditions

• GDPR statement

• Code of Ethics statement

• Confidentiality statement.

• Hypnotherapy Contract

• Pre-session tasks and materials

These documents need to be read and signed before your Hypnotherapy sessions can start.

If, during our telephone consultation, I have assessed that GP consent is required, I will also email the form for to you to take to your GP to sign, however if this is identified after receiving your completed initial consultation form, sessions can not commence until I have received consent for Hypnotherapy from your GP.

If you have issues with emails or printing, I would be happy to post the forms to you. If you have any barriers filling out the forms please mention this during the first consultation and we can discuss accommodations.
